Well someone has to keep this board alive. I finally climbed back in after 4 years and pulled down a third place at CORE just outside Denver this past weekend. New ALPHA FAB ecotec ran awesome. No James Bond smoke screen and I drove it into the trailer under its own power. Special thanks to Shaun at Alpha fab for the engine and special thanks to my old buddy Brian at Drews off road for all the parts and tech support. I am happy with a third place for the first race but running down all the 7200 trucks was a kick in the pants.

I called them. They sound pretty much like MAORA I don't think they would turn u away unless you had some gross safety issues. I think if you could pass MAORA tech you would be fine.

Well you heard it here first. Yes I went water cooled with the legendary ECOTEC. I went with one from www.alphafabindustries.com. The engine comes bolt in ready and comes with everything you need. Looking at running the CORE series here in Colorado so no MAORA this year. I haven't hit it too hard the last couple of years but I plan on making an ALI like return for this year. I will keep you posted as we are making an installation/swap video of the engine change.

All the races in Wyoming? Are some of them down towards Colorado? Wife sister is in Colorado and she would do that to see sister.
