i just used tractor implement paint from tsc if you brush it on it is realy thick and it blends good but you can put some reuser in it and spray it and it holds up realy good it is about $30 a gallon

i have been told to use auto motive paint with a lot hardener in it to hold it up and strengthen the paint.that is what we done on the pulling tractor when we done it.But the race truck we used latex house paint (do not use house paint) because of replacing panels(skin) all the time and it was cheeeeeeep

i like to leave it plain and wipe it down with wd40 after every race, makes for good qualitly time !!!

why powder coat? if you chip that stuff u have to have it redone. Paint is much easier to reapply

Hopefully ill have may cage done this weekend or at lest by next Friday so I can take off the factory one dose anybody on hear do powder coating or know someone that dose it with a good price close to Shelby county IL I live in Shelbyville the closer the better but will drive to get it done
